A Market That’s Moving – Even As Many Pause

Over the past six days, we have helped ten families with contracts on five properties successfully negotiated. Buyer energy remains consistent, driven by reasonably constrained stock levels and a sense of urgency to secure homes before winter.

One standout sale this week was 27 Trusting Lane, White Gum Valley — a home that truly captured buyers’ imaginations. White Gum Valley expert Louise Pope, who broke the White Gum Valley suburb price record three times last year, welcomed an extraordinary 133 groups through the very first home open. The response was so overwhelming that a compelling strong cash offer was accepted by the seller and the sale was secured after just one open.

These recent sales follow a month of strong performance across our business. We were honoured to be recognised by REIWA as WA’s #2 Top Small Office by Value Sold in March — with 25 properties under offer or sold, totalling $39,908,000 in value. And while they don’t tend to get as much attention, our high performing Property Management department was also ranked as #4 Top Office by Lowest Median Days on Market (25–49 leased properties), with 33 homes leased and a median of just 10 days on market in REIWA’s Quarterly Awards for the March Quarter.
