Under the leadership of Monique Malarowski, a highly experienced Head of Department with over 16 years in the industry, our PM team now includes five dedicated professionals. While demand remains steady, Perth’s rental market has shifted. Vacancy rates are now at their highest since 2019, and tenants are becoming more particular about both pricing and presentation.
