While sales often takes the spotlight, the steady and consistent growth of our Property Management department is something we hold in high regard at White House. It’s been built on the same standards of care, consistency, and client-first thinking that have earned our sales team such strong recognition in the local market.

Under the leadership of Monique Malarowski, a highly experienced Head of Department with over 16 years in the industry, our PM team now includes five dedicated professionals. Each is committed to delivering a high level of service — not just at the start of a tenancy but throughout the entire lifecycle of a property.

What began at White House with a single owner-investor has grown — steadily and organically — into the privilege of managing properties for over 250 owners, primarily across Fremantle, East Fremantle, White Gum Valley, Bicton, Beaconsfield, South Fremantle and North Coogee. In many of these suburbs, we’re proud to be among the top leasing agencies — a reflection of the trust placed in us and the consistency of the experience and results we deliver.

While demand remains steady, Perth’s rental market has shifted. Vacancy rates are now at their highest since 2019, and tenants are becoming more particular about both pricing and presentation.

Even in this changing environment, our team continues to lease properties faster than the broader market. We remain focused on tailored strategies, sound advice, and consistently high service — not one-size-fits-all solutions.
