This year we are seeing more than just the normal seasonal decrease in sales – we are indeed experiencing an unprecedented shortage of listings. REIWA is reporting that the number of properties available to purchase has dropped even further last week with a mere 3,270 properties available for sale and, of that, there were just 1881 homes.
