THE LOCAL MARKET
As expected, the spring market continues to deliver more listings to the market with REIWA reporting there were 4,751 properties on the market on 20 November, a 3.6 per cent increase from the previous week which is now just 5.2 lower than the same time last year (247 fewer properties).
At White House, we were excited to secure contracts for EIGHT properties this past week.
REIWA Master Salesperson Connie Handcock was hard at work this week putting three properties under offer. Connie negotiated multiple offers, with a strong cash offer securing the property at 95 Lefroy Road, Beaconsfield. THE RENTAL MARKET
In the rental market, the number of available properties dipped slightly by 1.6 per cent, with 1,955 properties available for rent at the end of last week. While rental listings have fallen 3.8 per cent over the past month, they remain 14.5 per cent higher than this time last year, signalling some improvement in rental supply.
