A NOTE FROM OUR DIRECTOR
As we step into 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on the year that has been and the incredible journey we’ve shared. 2024 was a year filled with growth, milestones, and meaningful connections, and I am deeply grateful to every one of our clients, supporters, and our exceptional White House team for making it all possible.
Our team’s dedication to delivering exceptional service and genuinely understanding the needs of our clients has been at the heart of everything we do. Over the course of the year, we were privileged to help more than 200 buyers and sellers achieve their property goals, resulting in over $260 million worth of property sales. For our investors and tenants, we supported over 140 new leases.
The year brought its share of highlights, including breaking suburb records in White Gum Valley multiple times and seeing impressive price growth across our local suburbs. We were also recognised as REIWA’s #5 Top Small Office by Value Sold, with Director Stefanie Dobro recognised as a REIWA Grand Master Salesperson and Fremantle Specialist Connie Handcock as a REIWA Master Salesperson for 2023/24, being in the top 1% and top 5% of sales agents in WA by Value Sold, respectively. These achievements are a true reflection of the trust our clients place in us and the hard work of our team.
Advisor and Negotiator Louise Pope had her strongest year yet helping buyers and sellers with over $50 million worth of property sales in 2024.
Beyond the numbers and the awards received, our most significant achievement lies in the impact we’ve had on people’s lives. Providing tailored advice and service, we’ve had the honour of helping countless families, couples, and individuals on their real estate journeys. This is a great privilege, and we are deeply grateful for the confidence placed in our team to help you.
2024 was also a year of giving back. Our partnership with St Pat’s continued, and together with your support, we contributed $12,900 to their Christmas Appeal to assist those most in need within our local community.
At a more personal level, we were thrilled for our wonderful Office Manager and Executive Assistant, Katie Winter, and her husband Jack, who welcomed their first child in December.
