As the year begins to wind down and Fremantle moves into the festive season, many of us start thinking about time with family, shared meals and the comfort of home. Yet for some in our community, these simple moments remain out of reach. Christmas can be a challenging reminder of what is missing rather than what is being celebrated.
Last Friday, we shared our continued support for St Patrick’s Community Support Centre and how every sale or listing can help amplify their work. Today, we wanted to offer a little more insight into why this partnership means so much to our team.
For the third year in a row, our team at White House Property Partners is supporting the St Patrick’s Community Support Centre Christmas Appeal. St Pat’s has been helping people experiencing homelessness and hardship across the south metropolitan region for 50 years, providing housing, meals, showers, healthcare, outreach and essential support. Last year alone, they delivered tens of thousands of meals, hundreds of health and dental appointments, and vital emergency relief.
From 15 November to 15 December, we will be donating $250 for every home sold and $100 for every property listed for sale or rent. In 2024, the trust of our clients helped us contribute $12,900 – a contribution that made a real difference to people who needed care, safety and support during a difficult time in their lives. With your help, we hope to create an even greater impact this year.
