THE LOCAL MARKET

We saw a huge amount of activity in the local market over the past seven days with our team negotiating 24 offers across 8 properties during the week. We are delighted to have secured contracts on SIX properties (with others still in the works).

A closing time for offers in East Fremantle on Monday kept East Fremantle Specialist Stefanie Dobro and her team busy with 14 offers across two properties! We had eight eager buyers vying for the opportunity to purchase 70 Alexandra Road, East Fremantle. Our lucky buyers are looking forward to enjoying the incredible light and lifestyle that comes with their new home.

The demand for a large block with further potential to add value was strong with the closing date for offers delivering six competitive offers to purchase the delightful home on a 931sqm block at 26 Walter Street, East Fremantle. Our lucky successful buyers had missed out on another property locally and are looking forward to moving in!

THE RENTAL MARKET

In the rental market, the number of properties available for rent dipped by 3.4 per cent, with just 2,084 rentals available by the end of last week. This figure is 9.2 per cent lower than four weeks ago but 25.2 per cent higher than a year ago, signalling increased pressure on the rental market.
