Fremantle Chamber of Commerce Business Awards
THANK YOU – RUNNERS UP!
Last night the Fremantle Chamber of Commerce held its annual Fremantle Business Awards at The Esplanade Hotel by Rydges in Fremantle. It was an impressive black-tie gala event that really highlighted many of the incredible businesses, philanthropic and not-for-profit entities and community-oriented people who work and/or live in Fremantle. We were extremely honoured to be finalists in the categories of Business and Professional Services and our Director, Stefanie Dobro, in the category of Business Person of the Year. While we didn’t win we were thrilled to be announced as co-runners-up in both categories! We say a huge THANK YOU to all of those who took the time to vote for us and who value and support us and the way we do business.
Experience and Strategy for Today’s Market
In a market that has experienced significant price growth (Perth prices have increased around 25 per cent across many suburbs over the past 12 months) providing accurate market appraisals has become increasingly complex.
With such rapid price changes, it is difficult to know a property’s true market value. This is why selecting an agent who is actively performing in the current market and is an exceptional negotiator is critical—they will have the most up-to-date sales evidence and insights into comparable sales and competing listings, ensuring you are fully informed to maximise the sale price of your property – not underselling or overpricing. They are also more likely to know more of the buyers who are looking in your area for a property like yours.
At White House Property Partners, we know that a successful sale goes beyond just understanding the numbers.
Presenting your property to its full potential and creating competition among buyers helps drive a premium result. While the market is strong, the basics still apply: presenting your property well is key to attracting motivated buyers. Whether it’s strategic styling, quality photography, or addressing necessary maintenance, these fundamentals ensure your home stands out and appeals to the right audience.
Choosing an agent who is actively listing and selling and has their finger on the pulse of recent sales will give you the best chance of achieving the result you want. It’s these local market insights, combined with a strategic approach and skilled negotiation, that can make all the difference.
If you’re considering selling and want to understand what your property could achieve in today’s market, we’d love to help. Our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
