At White House Property Partners, we understand how important it is for people to feel part of a community. Studies have shown that social connection not only enhances happiness but can also lead to longer, healthier lives. It’s one of the reasons why so many people are drawn to areas like Fremantle—where vibrant local events, friendly faces, and a sense of belonging are woven into everyday life.
Community does more than enrich our lives; it also enhances the value of the areas and homes within it. When people feel connected and supported by their neighbourhood, it makes a location all the more desirable, increasing the appeal and worth of properties in the area.
This weekend, the Fremantle Bazaar Christmas Makers Market and East Fremantle’s George Street Festival offer the perfect opportunity to celebrate one of the things that makes the Fremantle area so special. From the music and food to the art and culture, it’s a lovely reflection of the connection and spirit that defines this community. Whether you’re a long-time local or new to the area, events like these remind us why Fremantle is such a wonderful place to live and work.
We’re excited to be joining East Fremantle’s much loved George Street Festival on Sunday 1 December in George Street from 11am – 6pm. The White House Team will be on hand with our family-friendly activity for the kids: making reindeer food to leave out for Rudolph and his friends on Christmas Eve! We also have an incredible FREE raffle featuring vouchers from local favourites—La Lune, Young George, Old Bridge Cellars, Floral Army, Tribe Sauna and Ice and Manusa Day Spa— with multiple opportunities to win and lots of other goodies to give away! Please pop over and say hi, we look forward to seeing you there!
Giving Back This Festive Season
With the festive season on our doorstep, we are conscious of those who are in greater need. This year, we’re continuing our partnership with St. Patrick’s Community Support Centre, supporting their vital work in providing meals, shelter, and essential services for those in need.
For every unconditional property sold between now and Christmas, we’re donating $250, and for every property leased or listed for sale, we’re contributing $100 to the St Pat’s Christmas Appeal. These funds will go toward St. Pat’s Christmas initiatives, helping to spread joy and support to those in our community who need it most.
