It’s what many in our industry call “awards season.”
While recognition is never the reason we do what we do, it does provide an opportunity to reflect on standards, leadership and the responsibility we carry in serving our clients well.
This week in Sydney, White House Property Partners was acknowledged across two very different, yet equally significant, events.
One was the annual awards for The Network: a select group of high-performing independent agencies across Australia committed to ongoing training, collaboration and raising professional standards under the guidance of respected industry coach Michael Sheargold.
The other was the Real Estate Business (REB) Awards: a national industry event recognising standout performance across agencies of all sizes.
We were honoured to be recognised at both.
At White House Property Partners, looking after our clients and delivering a rewarding, values-led experience has always come first. When industry peers acknowledge the way you lead, serve and build culture, it is a humbling endorsement of the standards we hold ourselves to.
The Network Awards
Within The Network community, performance is measured not simply by volume, but by leadership, client experience, accountability and growth. The room is smaller, comprising independent agencies deeply committed to elevating standards, which makes the recognition both personal and significant.
This year:
-
Connie Handcock was awarded WA Agent of the Year
-
Louise Pope was recognised as a finalist
-
Carlie Baker was recognised as a finalist
-
Monique Malarowski was a finalist in the highly competitive BDM of the Year category
And most significantly, Stefanie Dobro was awarded Principal of the Year.
Principal of the Year within The Network is one of the most competitive and coveted recognitions. It acknowledges not only performance, but leadership, culture, strategic growth and the ability to build a business that consistently delivers exceptional client experience.
Over six years, Stefanie has grown White House Property Partners from a just two full timers and a Saturdays assistant to a team of 25, carefully built around shared values of honesty, transparency, accountability and genuine care.
To have our Principal recognised as the Principal of the Year amongst some of Australia’s leading independent agencies is something we hold with deep gratitude.
REB Awards – National Recognition
At the REB Awards, the stage is broader and the competition extensive, drawing submissions from across the country.
Our Head of Property Management, Monique Malarowski, was recognised not only as a finalist for BDM of the Year, but announced as the national winner.
This category is highly competitive. It recognises strategic portfolio growth, negotiation expertise, database management, client retention and the ability to deliver sustainable results in complex market conditions.
To be acknowledged nationally at this level is extraordinary and a reflection of the professionalism, passion, strategy and care Monique brings to our landlords and investors every day. We offer our huge congratulations to Monique.
Recognised As Area Experts
This week also saw recognition from realestate.com.au, with the following awarded as Top Agents in their respective suburbs:
-
Louise Pope – White Gum Valley
-
Carlie Baker – North Coogee
-
Connie Handcock – Fremantle
-
Stefanie Dobro – East Fremantle
Area expertise matters. It means understanding buyer behaviour at a micro level, knowing the streets and sales history intimately, and maintaining relationships with qualified buyers who have missed out locally.
For our clients, that depth of knowledge creates leverage in negotiation and confidence in strategy.
What This Means For Our Clients
Awards do not change who we are.
But they do reinforce the standards we hold ourselves to.
For our clients, this recognition represents:
-
Leadership benchmarked nationally
-
Ongoing training and cross-pollination of ideas to remain at the forefront of our industry
-
Structured systems that protect process and communication
-
Area specialists with genuine local expertise
-
A property management division operating at the highest national standard
Most importantly, it reflects a team that knows real estate is not about transactions, it is about people, relationships and always acting in our clients’ best interests.
We are honoured by the acknowledgements.
What matters most is the trust our clients place in us.
We thank you for giving us the opportunity to fulfil our purpose.
