While it seems hard to believe that it’s already November, the warm weather is certainly an indicator that summer and the festive season are not all that far away. Indeed, there are just eight Saturdays until Christmas!
October, as expected, has seen another strong month of sales in our local markets and our White House Property Partners Team sold a total of 18 properties worth over $27 million in property sales. Buyer demand remains high and we are continuing to see multiple offers on most properties.
With most properties selling within a couple of weeks, and eight Saturdays left until Christmas, there’s still plenty of time to list and sell your property (and potentially even settle) before Christmas. We find that traditionally, over the coming weeks, buyers will be in decision-making mode as they look to move forward into the new year with certainty.

For the second year in a row, White House Property Partners is proud to partner with St. Patrick’s Community Support Centre in Fremantle. St Pat’s provides essential services for people experiencing homelessness; offering meals, showers, health care, and support programs to help those in need.
From 1st November to 20th December, White House Property Partners will be contributing $250 for every home sold and $100 for each property listed for sale or rent to St Pat’s Christmas Appeal. In 2023, the White House Team donated over $10,000 to St Pat’s through this initiative. By working with us during this period, you’re not only making strides towards your own property goals but also joining us in supporting those in our local community who find themselves in circumstances of particular need.
