Emma’s journey into the fitness world began with a simple goal: helping a group of women get fit and healthy for a holiday in Bali. From there, her business flourished, driven by her passion for training clients and watching them improve their mental and physical health. She loves bringing like-minded people together, fostering a strong sense of community and above all else, helping people.
Born and raised locally, Emma continues to reside in the area, now raising her own family with her husband.
Emma is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle in a community she deeply loves, which offers safety, friendly neighbours, and beautiful open spaces for all to enjoy. She starts her day with exercise, often a run, and loves spending weekends with her family, socializing with friends, getting away in the caravan, gardening, and watching her kids’ sports.
