As Head of Property Management at White House Property Partners, Monique Malarowski leads the division with a clear focus on service excellence, strong team leadership and the continued growth of the portfolio.
With over 16 years of experience in the industry, Monique brings extensive knowledge across property management, strategic growth and client relationships. In her leadership role, she oversees the performance, direction and development of the department, supporting and nurturing her team to deliver a consistently high standard of service, while ensuring clients feel genuinely cared for at every stage.
Monique has been instrumental in shaping the success of the White House Property Management division. The department has built a reputation for professionalism, reliability and results, known for securing high-quality tenants, minimising vacancy and delivering consistently strong outcomes for property owners. Notably, this growth has been achieved organically through referrals, long-standing relationships and a trusted presence within the community.
While Monique continues to play an active role in client relationships and portfolio growth, her primary focus is on leading the team and delivering an exceptional experience for both property owners and tenants.
Her contribution to the industry has been recognised at a national level, with Monique awarded REB Business Development Manager of the Year – Property Management (2026), alongside recognition as a finalist in the REIWA Awards for Excellence and the ARERAS.

Outside of work, Monique treasures time with her beautiful family, daughter Aria, son Carter, and their dog Boston. As a family, they love exploring the outdoors together, and Monique also enjoys event styling and capturing special moments behind the camera.
