We hope you’ve found a way to thrive through the winter weather.
We’ve certainly been keeping warm with a productive week of sales, with contracts successfully negotiated on another seven properties.
But behind every result, there is a story.
This week, we found ourselves discussing our results and reflecting on one of our core values: respect and genuinely caring. In real estate, it’s easy for the conversation to focus on numbers: days on market, sale prices, rankings. Yet what sits beneath every transaction is something far more personal. And that’s what we discussed.
For some, it’s a downsizer closing the chapter on a home where children were raised and memories were made. For others, it’s navigating the sale of a loved one’s home, a time often filled with grief and reflection. Sometimes it’s a separation, or a fresh start, or the excitement and pressure of upsizing to accommodate a growing family.
There are many reasons people buy and sell, and almost all of them carry emotion.
We see our role as not simply to facilitate a transaction. Our role is to listen deeply, to understand your story and circumstances and to support you in a way that feels considered, personal, respectful and steady throughout the process. This is not a tagline for us; it is something we genuinely do every single day.
That is why, while we are incredibly proud of the results, what matters most is how we achieve them.
In May, REIWA recognised White House Property Partners as the #4 Top Medium Office by Value Sold in Western Australia, with $50,235,000 across 29 sales. Behind each of those 29 sales are relationships, time spent understanding, guiding and supporting our sellers and buyers through one of life’s more significant decisions.
These results are a true White House team effort. Watching the Fremantle Dockers this season, it’s clear how powerful it is when you have the right people in the right positions, all moving in the same direction towards a common goal with an uncompromising level of commitment. There’s a shared mindset, a willingness to persevere when things get tough and a genuine sense of connection between the group.
We see that within our own White House team every day.
From our sales agents to our property managers, our admin team to our support staff, every person contributes to the outcomes we deliver. This recognition belongs to all of them and to the clients who place their trust in us.
What’s Happening in the Market Right Now
While the pace of the market has become more measured, the most important takeaway is this: properties are still selling, and they are selling well.
Our 29 sales in May, along with another 7 transactions this past week, are a clear reflection of continued buyer activity and confidence.
There is also some excellent stock currently available, giving buyers a broader range of choice than we’ve seen in recent months. For those who have been waiting for the right opportunity, this is a window worth considering.
Looking ahead, we would anticipate a natural lull in new listings as we move into the July winter school holidays, which can temporarily tighten supply.
Giving Back This EOFY
As we move into the final weeks of the financial year and settle into the winter months, it’s also a time to pause and think about others.
For many, this season can be particularly challenging. If you are in a position to do so, EOFY is a meaningful time to support organisations doing important work within our community.
The end of the financial year is also a wonderful time to consider charitable giving. Donations to registered charities are generally tax-deductible, and there are some truly deserving organisations doing important work right here in our community.
A few causes close to our hearts:
