This week we celebrate the five-year anniversary of White House Property Partners. It seems hard to believe that when we started five years ago there were just two of us in our office with a determination to offer a completely values-aligned, heart-centred, client-focussed real estate experience to the wider Fremantle community.
Fast forward five years and it is with humble pride that we now have a team of 15 incredible values-aligned team members supporting our clients in their real estate journeys.
Milestones along the way have included winning numerous awards including REIWA’S Boutique Office of the Year in 2021, the Fremantle Chamber of Commerce’s Business Award for Achieving a Quantum Leap in Business Performance and REIWA Grandmaster & Master Awards as well as hiring new team members and integrating them to the White House way of doing business and our culture.
However, the most important milestones have been nurturing and helping our clients move forward with their property goals. From the very beginning, our commitment has been to be good humans who genuinely care about helping our clients. We have always been unequivocally about understanding your unique needs and delivering a service, experience and result that is rewarding both emotionally and financially.
Thanks to our valued-clients’ support and the opportunity to represent them in the sale and purchase as well as leasing and management of their properties we are pleased to have established a reputation as trusted advisors.
On average, over the past five years we have helped two families move forward every 2.5 days – selling over 700 properties in that time. Our Property Management department has grown incrementally and organically over time and we are thrilled in the last year to have helped an owner lease and a tenant secure a rental on average once every three days.
We acknowledge that the strength of the market has played a role in these achievements and while we don’t know how long it will last, you can rest assured that we will be here to continue to work with you to share our market insights, listen to your unique needs and tailor our advice to provide you with the best information to enable you to move forward with confidence.
