I am very happy that I had made a decision to engage White House Properties to manage my home in Bicton whilst I am working overseas. It is stress-free and communications with the agent is very good. I definitely recommend them!

We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and responsiveness of White House Property. We live overseas and entrust our home in Mosman Park to Monique and her team and we feel comforted knowing our home is under their management. They are very quick to communicate any maintenance issues and they have a range of reliable, trusted tradespeople on their books. Living so far away from our home, we also greatly appreciate how flexible and responsive Monique and her team are…

The key to this feeling was Catherine, a charming and lovely young lady whose communication skills were without question the very best. Nothing was too much, and her concern for us and our needs was beyond reproach; we feel that she became one of our family, and we will miss her interaction and friendliness.

Catherine and the team are very approachable and really make it feel like you’re on the same side! This family feel at White House have all the knowledge we needed regarding comparative sales, previously sold properties that were very similar to mine, and exact price guides. I can’t recommend Catherine enough, as she really does know the real estate market and made me feel very safe in the sale of the family home.

From the moment I met Carlie, I knew she was the right agent for us. She’s professional, approachable, and truly knows the North Coogee market—because she lives there. She listened to our needs, kept us informed, and never pressured us. Her calm, honest approach made selling far less stressful. Her team was also fantastic. I’d recommend Carlie without hesitation—she turned a daunting process into a smooth and positive experience.
